Betty was such a sweet person. When we met at Dr Grants, or anywhere else she told them I use to babysit for her kids. There was always a hug when we met. She was such a great person and I will miss her. I am so sorry to hear of her loss.

I do so remember Mrs Thorne looking into the garage and saying “Oh My, now I have to call your parents”. “You naughty boys”. Well Billy had the measles was under quarantine and we all decided play in the garage. Yup we all got the measles. She handled that like the real pro that she was a great neighborhood mom. Always kind even when things went bad. In 2019 we visited her at the Good Shepherd and she was her beautiful self so full of piss and vinegar, joy and laughter. The world had lost a very significant person in my life. It goes unsaid that she will be missed by many family and friends.

Betty, Alvin, Billy, Timmy and Patty and all you have my condolences. You have always had a great mom. R
