This news to me was a shock, Drew was a very strong man with a wonderful family that he cherished. There aren't any words to console his dear family that only hugs could say more. My heart really feels for all of you that he left here on the earth but I wouldn’t be surprised if he somehow, someway was able to give his beautiful wife and family a loving reassurance that he is safe and in the presence of God and shall watch over them always. Not sure if Renee remembers me but I have so many happy laughing memories of all of us together a long time ago. I have the utmost respect for the McElroy family.

Many Hugs and Love to All of you

Know that you are all in our thoughts. Drew and Rene raised a beautiful family. My memory of Drew as one of the younger cousins is that of adventure... he was that little blonde boys who had an eye for wanting to know how things worked. One could only smile ...looking into Drew's electric blue eyes and know that his heart was always in the right place. Your at Peace now little cousin.
