I feel honored to have known Dave for the time I got to spend with him as a co worker and a very good friend. Dave was always the kind of guy who could brighten up your day at work always polite and friendly and also we spent alot of times as friends hanging out his place for bon fires or having him at our place for dinners, cook outs and bon fires. I miss you Dave. I would like to share something. So finding out about his death Friday at work was the hardest day of my life. That night after work my wife and I went to dinner as we were driving home we happened to see one single star in sky and it was so bright and appeared to be over the area we lived at as he was also our neighbor. I believe in signs as my wife said that's David and I said yes it is. There is such a thing as the star of David. I do believe he was looking down.

Dave was fun to work with, as well as a character. We held many short, yet informative conversations about work-related and non work-related topics. My condolences to all family and friends, this must be a devastating time for all of you. Dave will be certainly missed. R.I.P.

Smitty, We love you and we will miss you. Sometimes in life we take for granted that someone will always be there. We forget that they can be taken in a heartbeat. I will always remember your kindness. Your love of fishing and the beautiful pictures you always took. But you were always part of my family, my mom, dad, Brian and Shawn and Andrew! I told you that many times! Joan loved my Granny, and she taught you and Brian so much! Rest In Peace honey!
