My condolences to Penny and the girls. Frank was a fun loving caring man. I have a select few memories I will cherish. As a child I remember him chasing us kids around the pool and dive bombing us and going sledding down the hill. As an adult I remember him laughing and dancing at my wedding. Now in his passing I imagine him sitting with Herb casting a line.
