Millicent J. Ferrara

Millicent J. Ferrara, 79, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018. Born in Ballston Spa, NY on February 5, 1928, she was the daughter of Frank and Gladys Dean.

Milli was an antique dealer running Sentimental Journey Antiques with her husband for 40 years. Together they traveled to many antique shows, collecting and selling antiques. A lifelong resident of Ballston Spa, she was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church. Milli was an avid reader and loved music.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she will be deeply missed. Milli is survived by her husband of 60 years Paul, and their son Paul G. Ferrara (Ann) of Syracuse, grandchildren Taylor, Kaitlin, Daniel and Michael; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Cheryl Green Curtis.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, January 23 from 5pm to 7pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. A service will follow at 7pm. Burial will be in Powell Wiswall Cemetery in the Spring.

Memorial contributions in memory of Milli may be made to the American Cancer Society.
