Jeffrey W. Vargas


Jeffrey Wayne Vargas, 58 passed away unexpectedly from heart failure on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at his home. He was born in Flushing, NY on February 16, 1962 to William and Jenny Vargas.

Jeffrey was a Management Information Analyst for BT Alex Brown/Deutsche Bank and a Corporate Account Representative for the Consortium for Worker Education in New York City before following his passion for horse racing to work at Dale Romans Racing Stables in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Jeffrey is survived by his parents William and Jenny, sister Deborah P. Vargas and her son Joseph Feminella, brother William K. Vargas, sister Tina L. Wile and brother in law Thomas C. Wile and their children Andrew R. Wile (Allyson), Shawn D. Wile and Samantha L. Wile.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 8 at 11am at Greenridge Cemetery, Saratoga Springs. Social distancing and facemasks will be required per CDC guidelines.
