Joyce L. Fendrick
Joyce L. Fendrick 93, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021. She was born in Unity, Maine on February 15, 1928 to Harry and Laura Norton. She lived in the Ballston Spa area for many years and moved to Feura Bush in 2000.
Joyce was a nurse’s aide at Maplewood Manor in Ballston Spa. She enjoyed music, dancing, and played the piano and accordion. She bowled in several leagues and loved playing Bingo.
She was predeceased by her first husband Max Edwards, her second husband Maurice Fendrick, son Bernard Edwards, and siblings Harold, Corrine, Roselyn and Joel. Joyce is survived by her children Mark Edwards (Melanie), Kathy Duell (Gary Thomas); stepdaughter Kim Simpson and her family; daughter in law Trese Edwards; grandchildren Joseph, Sheena, Ashley, Megan, Pamela and Marianne; many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A private family service will be held. Joyce will be laid to rest with her husband Max at the Westridge Cemetery in Charlton, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Joyce may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4 Pine West Plaza Suite 405, Albany, NY 12205.
