Long ago when CEC was all volunteer there was Larry Dussault. He was a very caring and compassionate person as well as Training Officer to all the newbies. Many a call Carolyn Palmer, Stan Delong and I arrived at a scene to find Larry there as a 1st Responder. What a relief.
You will be missed by many my friend. RIP
