I was a classmate of Luke's and I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. We shared some classes together in high school and he was always very kind and always was full of life. I've always known him to be very outgoing and always had a smile on his face. May God be with you all in this time of sadness. He will never be far from your hearts. My condolences go out to his wife as well. I know words can't describe the pain you are feeling but I hope within time the sun will shine again. May you find peace in knowing the love he had for you and he will always carry that with him. May God bless you. My sincere condolences.

Luke’s smile was infectious and sincere. That is what we will remember most. Only someone with so much true love to give, could have ended up with our Mandy; someone who could reciprocate it so beautifully.

In addition, we think back to Mandy and Luke’s wonderful wedding. Aside from watching Mandy and Luke confirm their love for one another in church (a truly intimate ceremony), my husband and I took away the memory of watching Luke dance with his mom to such a special, personal song. Love knew no limit that evening.

To all, Luke was someone you were proud to be associated with and made you feel at ease straight away. He will be dearly, dearly missed. May you find comfort in fond memories at this time. God bless and we love you.

Alan and Nancy Kaplan

Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time, and will continue to be as time goes by. We sincerely hope that wonderful memories will sustain you and knowing that people like Luke who are larger than life, and so loved, never really leave you.

Anne I am so sorry for your loss. I will not be able to come to services due to a recent surgery, but I will think of you and wish you peace. Take care, Gwen

I only met Luke once at a hockey game at a work function. We sat next to Mandy, Luke and Mandy's parents. Luke was friendly, smiled a lot and was a pleasure to talk to.. just by looking at pictures of Mandy and Luke you could see how much the both of them loved each other. They were definitely soul mates. My heart goes out to Mandy, her family, Luke's mother and family and all Luke's friends. He will be missed. Keep him close at heart, remember the love he gave and he will stay with you forever.
