Papa,
I love you so much and it doesn’t seem real without you. I feel as if I just lost a father. I don’t want to accept you’re gone, however we all know we have expiration dates. This was just too soon. I’ll forever cherish every single memory I have of us. From tickle fights, going out to lunch (preferably Tresa’s), game nights, sleepovers, hearing you play the guitar and of course singing, your laugh!! Every-time you’d laugh, No matter what mood I was in you got me to smile.
My Papa was a very generous, loving, passionate, talented man. Amongst other things but we share something not a lot of people have and Pa, I will make you proud. Just wait!
Everything is so different right now but we will manage to get through this. We just need a little guidance. I know you’re up there singing away, playing the guitar. Get your chores done so we can see/feel you around us!
This isn’t a goodbye, this is a I’ll see you later. Save a chair up there for me because I’m not finished with you yet mister.
I loved you then, I love you now, I’ll love you forever.
Rise high my beautiful angel. Until we meet again❤️

I'm so sorry to hear of Putt's passing. We had so many good laughs together and I enjoyed our monthly meetings with the retirees. It was always good to see Putt and find out his latest trials and tribulations with his various woodworking projects. He was always good for a few good laughs. Missed his sense of humor since I moved to Florida.

So very sorry to hear about Rick. He was such a lovely, gentle man who clearly loved nature and had a great sense of humor. Bart and I always enjoyed speaking with him on our walks past his house where he tended to his beautiful flowers and birds. He always had a funny story to share and made us laugh. Thoughts and prayers are with Bernie and family....his beautiful spirit will be with you forever and I hope that your wonderful memories help to ease your pain.

Feel no guilt in laughter
Feel no guilt in laughter, he’d know how much you care.
Feel no sorrow in a smile that he is not here to share.
You cannot grieve forever; he would not want you to.
He’d hope that you could carry on the way you always do.
So, talk about the good times and the way you showed you cared,
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared.
Let memories surround you, a word someone may say
Will suddenly recapture a time, an hour, a day,
That brings him back as clearly as though he were still here,
And fills you with the feeling that he is always near.
For if you keep those moments, you will never be apart
And he will live forever locked safely within your heart.

Rick was a great man. His warmth filled a room and his sense of humor (and teasing/fun) often touched everyone around him. He was a father figure to me, and I enjoyed listening to his stories, even the ones I had heard before. The world lost this great man, but the heavens certainly gained one. He will be in my heart forever....and I will miss running into him at price chopper (where I always kept my eye out for him). Peace and much love to you, Bernie. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this saddest of times. If you need anything, we're a phone call away.

So very sad to hear that Rick has left us. He was the best co-worker and friend. Loved all the stories on the ride to and from work. Then increasing the friendship to include Bernie was a huge blessing. With the help of Rick I, along with my Mom and sister, were gathered into the fold of the catholic faith. George and I so enjoyed spending time with Rick and Bernie. I just wish it could have been more. I can see George and Rick sharing stories in heaven. You have taken a piece of my heart Rick and I will miss you tremendously. Bernie, Michael, Lisa and the family I send my heartfelt condolences.
