I was saddened to learn of Russ's passing. He and my husband were good friends but I had not seen
him in quite a long time. He was a great guy, talented, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor.
My deepest sympathy to his family.

Jerry Furey

Sandy,
Very sorry to hear about Russ. I also have many fond memories of our time spent working together years ago. Our job was usually hard but Russ always made it pleasant by making us laugh a lot. Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

Russell Wise, Board President, Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library

It's not an exaggeration to say that much of the library's success in recent years is due to Russ' efforts and advice. He kept the building and grounds safe and running through both routine days and in times of emergency. And he did it with wealth of experience, a positive attitude and a sense of humor. We will all miss Russ; and on behalf of the Library Board and staff, I offer our sympathy and condolences to Sandra and the extended Miller family.

Sandy and family,
At worked with Russ at my Dad's heating company. He taught me to be a tin knocker. I learned a lot from Russ and laughed a lot. He was a great guy who left me with lots of fun memories and skills that I have used through out my life. I can hear his laugh now.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sandra Wallace

I worked at the library with Russ for many years. He was one of kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. No matter what the day brought, he always had that big smile and great sense of humor. I will miss him.
