Sharon Petruzzelli

Sharon Petruzzelli, 72, passed away on October 19th, 2021. Raised in Lone Mountain, TN by parents Cora and JC Campbell, she married the love of her life, Jerry Petruzzelli in 1968 and later moved to Ballston Spa, NY to raise their family.

Sharon brightened every room she walked into with her infectious laughter and lighthearted soul. Her naturally caring demeanor endeared her to all, and Sharon's home was always welcoming with a spot at the table for anyone who stopped by. She enjoyed cooking and being the life of every party she hosted, always ready with a song, a joke, or a glass of fruity wine to bring a smile to even the most serious face. When not hosting, Sharon was a consummate lover of nature, and often could be found in her garden or walking in the fields behind her home. Later in life, one of Sharon's happiest pastimes was hiking with her family and friends. Sharon was loved by many, will be missed dearly and remembered always.

She is predeceased by her parents Cora and JC, her beloved husband Jerry, her in-laws, Thelma and Charlie Petruzzelli, and her sister Anne. Sharon is survived by her siblings, Patricia, James, Charlene (Mike), and Glenn (Debbie), her children Cora (Chad), Jerry and Chuck (Cindy), her grandchildren Chris, Layla (Tim), Cori and Gabe, and her companion Paul.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, October 25th at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. A private family service will be held at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
